Sugar Land 4B Corp to consider funding for neighborhood park and walkway projects
The Sugar Land Development Corporation and Sugar Land 4B Corporation will review the Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Report and a public relations contract. The body will also hold public hearings to decide on several reimbursement grants for community park improvements and infrastructure.

The City Council will vote on a consent agenda that includes the second reading of an ordinance creating a reinvestment zone for a 33.47-acre site, several police equipment purchases and contract amendments, and annual reports for three tax increment reinvestment zones. A separate item authorizes a new aviation fuel contract for Sugar Land Regional Airport. The meeting also includes acceptance of donations for Animal Services and appointments to advisory boards.
