1. CALL TO ORDER – By Chairperson Jeannette Riggans at 6:01 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of the Thornton City Hall.
2. ROLL CALL – Those present were Chairperson Jeannette Riggans; Vice -
Chairperson Ben Smith; and Members Justin Baumgartner, Flora Cardenas, Donald
Lopez, Jan Woll, and Larry Woog. Absent: Members Tracy Crespin and Duane
Shaifer.
Chairperson Riggans stated for the record that Members Crespin and Shaifer’s
absences are excused.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT – Tyler Jeffery, Senior Assistant City Attorney ,
representing the Authority ; Elizabeth Barajas, Senior Assistant City Attorney,
representing the City; Alex Moore, Detective; and Stacie Flis, Licensing Coordinator.
