City Council

Council approves $3.46 M emergency appropriation and multiple property sales

The Trenton City Council will vote on routine items such as approving the April meeting minutes and reviewing communications and petitions. City Council

Council to approve $18.2 million temporary appropriation before final 2026 budget

The Trenton City Council will approve the minutes from the December 2 meeting and consider a series of legal claims and foreclosures. Council members will vote on several resolutions, including a temporary appropriation of $18,211,815.37 for interest and debt redemption charges, designation of official newspapers, and appointments to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. They will also award contracts for emergency demolition ($1,043,112.31), construction projects at the Roebling Machine Shop ($5,505,361.43) and City Hall Front Plaza ($6,297,000.00), and conduct a first reading of a water‑rate amendment ordinance.
