And if you guys can't hear me, raise your hand or just throw something not too heavy, I think. The property in question is currently owned by the applicant, Shepherds Canyon Retreat Incorporated. The application will be considered tonight in request of a special use permit being granted to allow for the home to be used for week-long counseling retreats for pastors and other ministry leaders and their spouses. If you haven't done so, which at this point is really a moot point since we've locked the doors, I was going to say sign up to speak, but I wrote this before we knew how we were going to conduct this. There are also copies of the rules for meeting conduct. I'm not going to read that whole list. There are a few items I want to kind of highlight first. • Please make sure your phones or electronic devices are shut off. • Second, anyone speaking, make sure that all your comments and stuff are directed to the commissioners and not back to audience members.
