Commissioner Pierce called the meeting to order at 7:13 pm. No Quorum was present. The meeting
defaulted to a work session and no action was taken. He explained that we would hear the public and
presenters, but no decisions would be taken.
Jane Pierce gave the invocation and led the pledge of Allegiance.

remained limited. Discussion included potential improvements for future events, such as utilizing

an enclosed tent, expanding the show to include additional art forms (e.g., quilting, crafts,

gardening, and other creative works), increasing youth participation, and hosting youth art

activities throughout the year with displays at Vineyard Days. Members also discussed
