Recreation Commission

WLB Recreation Commission Agenda March 9, 2026 Mission: Our mission as the Rec. Commission is to provide our community with various activities and events for residents of all ages. WLB Recreation Commission Agenda February 9, 2026 Mission: Our mission as the Rec. Commission is to provide our community with various activities and events for residents of all ages. Councilman Penta reported that he also wrote to the county regarding the reconstruction of Oakwood Avenue and the difficulty of making a left turn onto Broadway from Oakwood Ave; the county responded that the timing gap between the Myrtle Ave traffic light and the Oceanport Avenue light is too short and is contributing to the congestion and they plan to correct the signal timing. Mayor Tucci stated in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et. seq., adequate notice of this meeting of the Borough Council was provided. PRESENT: Stephen A.
