Hollywood code hearings covered 100+ properties; outcomes pending as minutes unpublished
Hollywood's Code Compliance Special Magistrate held three days of hearings the week of June 23, covering traffic citations for 33 individuals and alleged code violations at more than 100 properties across the city. Minutes from those sessions have not yet been published, so outcomes — including liability findings, penalties, and any lien placements — are not yet available in the public record.
Traffic citation hearings
On June 23, 2026, at 10 a.m., the Special Magistrate conducted hearings at City Hall, 2600 Hollywood Blvd, for 33 individuals cited for alleged violations of Florida traffic laws. The citations involved Fla. Stat. 316.183(2) (careless driving) and 316.1895(10) (speeding). Each case was to be heard individually to determine liability and penalties.
Six individuals had multiple citations: Robert Aaron, Bryant Caprirolo, Marsha Guzman, Woletio Heyligar, Krystal Lebofsky, and Kellys Prieto Figueredo. The agenda directed questions to Blue Line Solutions at (855) 252-0086.
Code enforcement hearings
Also on June 23, the Special Magistrate presided over hearings for 30-plus citations for municipal code violations. No specific addresses or case outcomes were listed in the agenda.
On June 24, the Special Magistrate heard alleged code violations for more than 100 Hollywood properties, including residential and commercial addresses. Specific items listed in the agenda included:
- A hearing for 5450 S State Road 7 under code 94.001.
- Administrative citations for 2625 Scott St and 2545 Taft St.
- Multiple properties on Hayes, Roosevelt, and Stirling Rd.
- Case numbers ranging from V23-15602 to V26-10003.
A separate lien agenda was scheduled to consider enforcement liens on nine properties with outstanding violations, including 1913 Taylor St (residential) and 1201 S Ocean Dr.
Because minutes have not been published for any of the three June sessions, the public record does not yet show which violations were upheld, what penalties were assessed, or which liens were placed.
