Minutes from that meeting and others held in late June have not yet been published, so only agenda items can be confirmed.

The board was also scheduled to discuss issuing a Request for Qualifications for an electrical engineer and a Request for Proposals for a licensed electrical contractor, both for the Convention Center property. A pending litigation matter, Way-Tech, Inc. v. Pasadena EDC, was also listed on the agenda.
Because minutes have not been published, it is not yet confirmed which items were approved, tabled, or continued.

The Planning Commission met June 22 for a preliminary and final review of the Reserves at Red Bluff development project. Commissioners were also scheduled to receive a presentation on a draft revision to the Landscape Ordinance.
