Orleans boards face packed agenda week; minutes not yet published for any recent meeting

Orleans boards faced a full slate of meetings in late June and early July, but minutes have not yet been published for any of the sessions, so only the scheduled agenda items can be reported. The most consequential matters on the agendas included a continued hearing on a 78-unit affordable housing project at 66 & 76 Route 6A and Select Board votes on year-end budget transfers and fiscal 2027 goals.

The Zoning Board of Appeals was scheduled to continue its hearing on Case #2026-06, a Comprehensive Permit application for 78 affordable and moderate-income rental and homeownership units at 66 & 76 Route 6A.
