City Council receives ethics training from RI Ethics Commission

 City of Central Falls   Special City Council Meeting Monday January 12, 2026 Second Floor Council Chambers 580 Broad Street, Central Falls, RI 02863 5:00 p.m.   Agenda   I.                    Roll Call Council President Pro Tempore Alberto Rivas-Lugo called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. and directed the City Clerk Alberto de Burgo to conduct the roll call. Present were Councilpersons Baena, Kazarian, Peguero, Solano and Council President Pro Tempore Rivas Lugo. Council President Ferri was absent, and Councilperson Rosado Martinez arrived at 5:45 p.m. II.                  Pledge of Allegiance Council President Pro Tempore Rivas Lugo led the Council in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag   III.               Rhode Island Ethics Commission a.        Introduction to the Rhode Island Ethics Commission and the Rhode Island Code of Ethics.
