Conservation Commission

The Agawam Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on a Notice of Intent for property at 721 Springfield Street by Beaver Real Estate, LLC. They will also continue hearings on two other projects: 0 South West Street & 0 Pine Street, and the Westfield River Interceptor Sewer Relocation Project on Main Street, both continued to 2023. Agawam License Commission

The commission approved and signed 2023 liquor licenses, discussed unresolved licenses for Parthenon, Pour, Club One, and Chez Josef (in bankruptcy), and noted that the Municipal Golf Course will need to file an alteration of premises for its patio. Chairman Kenneth Largay and Commissioner Howard Safford announced their departures effective December 31, 2022.
