Committee: Trails Committee

The Trails Committee voted not to recommend the HOA’s proposed re‑routing of the Three Falls trail, citing steep, sandy conditions and safety concerns. It instead recommended extending red curbing, adding no‑parking signs, painting a crosswalk, installing directional signs, and creating a wide east‑side trail around the pond. For the Fitzgerald property, the committee recommended delaying annexation until easements are recorded and set specific design and restoration standards for the west, middle, and east trails, as well as soil restoration to native vegetation.
