Planning Board

Zoning Bylaw Review Committee
The committee approved several changes to the Table of Uses for the Regional Mall District, including updates for mixed-use, elderly housing, and lumber yards. The board also split the category for hospitals and nursing facilities to allow specific uses in the mall district. No changes were made to other government uses.

Select Board
The Select Board voted to rescind a 40 mph speed regulation on Pinehurst Avenue and return it to the 30 mph statutory limit. The Board also approved a motor vehicle repair license and an outdoor entertainment license. Three candidates were interviewed for Finance Committee vacancies, resulting in two appointments.
