In attendance from the City w ere Chief Camp, Chief Graham, Shawn Heubusch, Scott Allen, Lisa Neary, and Teri Dean. Call to Order Council President Jankowski called the m eeting to order at 5:30pm. Councilmember Schmidt led the Lord’s Prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. Public Comments John Roach, 116 Gr andview Ter, noted that the City was hoping to sell the Brisbane building but noted there was an historical marker so wondered what would be done with that. He asked if there was a plan to relocate it. Ashley Hightower, 8 Edward St., thanked Council President Jankowski for his suggestion to talk to the school superintendent and principal but they said it was a community issue and pushed her back to the City. She appreciated being heard and was thankful that it was in the media because it reaches further than she could herself. She noted that people were changing schools and moving to Buffalo and Rochester to feel safer which she felt should be a scary thought. Call to Order Council President Jankowski called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance Councilmember Twichell read a p rayer by A braham Linco ln and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Public Comments Howard Owens, 8 Morton Ave, not ed that he was surpr ised by Co uncil Presiden t’s response to his claim of violation of the open meetings law at the last meeting. Councilmember Viele was absent. In attendance from the City w ere Chief Camp, Chief Graham, Shawn Heubusch, Scott Allen, Bailey Groth, Lisa Neary, and Teri Dean. Call to Order Council President Jankowski called the m eeting to order at 5:30pm. Councilmember Briggs led the Lord’s Prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. Public Comments Howard Owens, 8 Morton Ave, noted that serial meetings were not allowed for the City Manager to meet with Council. He noted that all public matters must be discussed in open sessions. He read the reasons allowing Council to enter into executive session and felt that discussing the county fire presentation in executive session was in violation of the open meetings law. He noted that just stating employment matters as a reason to enter executive session wasn’t appropriate language as it needed to be more specific. He wanted Council to correct their violations of the open meetings law.
