I went out to Steelfield last week, was unloading a trailer that I had loaded up from the church full of debris, and there was an elderly gentleman there, and I heard him say eventually that he was in his late 70s. But two of your employees rushed up there and helped him unload that trailer. And I want you to know that's above and beyond what they get paid to do. And I want you to know that's a direct reflection on the leadership and the standard that each and every one of you set.
