The December 4, 2025, board meeting will be in-person, at the EAC, 1110 Chapel Hills Drive. Those who cannot attend can watch the livestream at 5 p.m., and a recording of the meeting will be available by the end of the day on Monday, December 8, 2025.
In-person attendance is limited to boardroom capacity of 70 audience members per the Colorado Springs Fire Marshall. The Atrium space will no longer be used for overflow seating.
We invite public comment at our meetings. Public comment is not contingent on having a seat in the board room. You must however, sign-up to speak from Wednesday, December 3 from 12:00 p.m. until Thursday, December 4 at 12:00 p.m. and be present and available to speak in person at the podium when called upon.
