Those who cannot attend can watch the livestream at 5 p.m., and a recording of the meeting will be available by the end of the day on Monday, May 12, 2025. In-person attendance is limited to boardroom capacity of 70 audience members per the Colorado Springs Fire Marshall. The Atrium space will no longer be used for overflow seating. We invite public comment at our meetings. Public comment is not contingent on having a seat in the board room. You must however, sign-up to speak between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. the day of the board meeting and be present and available to speak in person at the podium when called upon.
