Board reviews early literacy, equity, and whole-child progress metrics
The Aurora Public Schools Board of Education holds a work session to review progress on adopted goals and guardrails. Reports on Goal Progress Measures 1.1 (3rd grade literacy) and 3.1 (6th grade equity) and Guardrail Progress Measures 2.2 and 2.3 (staff SEL knowledge and student whole child experience) will be discussed. The board will later vote on accepting these monitoring reports at the upcoming business meeting. Directors will also conduct the fourth-quarter self-evaluation for the 2025-2026 school year.
