The agenda also includes two withdrawn Southwood development items and a consent action on the November 3, 2020 Planning Commission minutes. Local Planning Agency Workshop

LPA to vote on Greater Frenchtown/Southside redevelopment plan consistency

The Local Planning Agency will decide whether the updated Greater Frenchtown/Southside Community Redevelopment Plan conforms to the Tallahassee-Leon County Comprehensive Plan. The plan includes five new community goals: neighborhood safety, infrastructure, healthy community, arts/entertainment, and historic significance. The agency will also workshop two proposed Comprehensive Plan amendments: adopting the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan by reference, and a land-use change for a 1.6-acre parcel at WW Kelley from Rural to Suburban.
