FY26 Budget Update - Ms. Geyster informed the committee that the FY26 budget is winding down, so we are making sure that all the bills are in, and mankind sure we are ready to start closing out.

The meeting was called to order at 5:38 pm.

REGULAR BUSINESS
Ms. Smith thanked all for being able to attend this last minute meeting, and wanted to give a quick, budget-related update from the Phillipston Board of Selectmen's meeting last week, at which the Board made a vote on what their portion of the budget should be. They voted for a 2.5% increase only (over last year). She wanted to make sure that folks understand what does that actually mean in relation to the vote that we're taking tonight. School Committee to vote on surplus football uniforms to fund concussion-prevention helmet caps
