Village Council

The Village Council will hold public hearings and vote on the Fiscal Year 2027 budget, millage rates, and water/sewer rates. The body will also consider awarding bids for playground equipment and a master plan update.

Planning Commission

The Planning Commission will meet to approve minutes from March 25 and consider a sign permit for a scoreboard at Detroit Country Day School. The meeting is open to the public.

The commission approved routine items, including excusing three members’ absences, adopting the agenda, and approving the March 25 minutes. After discussion of the proposed scoreboard, commissioners voted to table the sign permit until the May 2026 meeting to allow updated designs. The meeting adjourned at 8:32 p.m.

Village Council

The Village Council will discuss a first amendment to the development agreement with JMAX Capital LLC d.b.a. The Goddard School. It will also consider a contract extension for the Fiscal Year 2027 road improvements project and several engineering service proposals, including 13 Mile Road resurfacing, a reliability study, and a sewer lining program. Additional items include a revised public works services agreement with the Village of Bingham Farms, a request to waive the pavilion rental fee, and a proposal to add another Concert in the Park date.
