Planning Commission
The Planning Commission reviewed two city-owned lots in the Braham Industrial Park and unanimously recommended to the City Council that the proposed uses are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. Lot 10 is proposed for a commercial printing company, and Lot 3 for manufacturing support for CBD powder production. The recommendations were based on the zoning district's permitted uses.
