Complete Streets Committee
The committee reviewed proposed design alternatives for West Kitsap Way, including the potential for roundabouts and shared-use paths. No formal votes were taken; the committee will use the feedback to refine a draft preferred alternative for the steering committee and a future public open house.

Parks and Recreation Commission
The Commission recommended that the City provide annual dedicated funding for Parks and Recreation maintenance and approved a concept for a non-motorized shared use path at Sheridan Park. A motion to create a volunteer coordinator position failed due to a lack of a second. A committee was formed to develop a trails map for Forest Ridge.
