the Board of Commissioners of Brown County, Indiana would be held on Wednesday
July 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The Executive Session was called pursuant to Ind.
Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4), to discuss security, and attorney client privilege.
THE EXECUTIVE SESSION WAS CONDUCTED AT 201 LOCUST LANE,

Mr. Jones questioned why the petition was tabled from last month. Mr. Dillberger
state d there were discrepancies in the statement of request in comparison to the
approval of the tourist home in 2025.
Petitioner Kenny Wagler apologize d for the confusion and stated they do have a local
manager who will be handling the property.
Mr. Dillberger asked the petitioner who would be the contact person during bookings of
the tourist home , as the contract submitted stated between bookings. The petitioner
agreed to update the cont ract to reflect the request

the Board of Commissioners of Brown County, Indiana would be held on Tuesday,

ROLL CALL: President John Dillberger called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
Members present were John Dillberger, Darla Brown, Jane Gore and Michael
Harrison. Also, present were Attorney David Schilling, Planning Director Kayla
Robertson, and Secretary Danielle Sadtler. Absent member was Randy Jones.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Mr. Dillberger moved to approve the minutes for March
25, 2026, as writt en. Ms. Gore seconded the motion. A roll call vote was taken.

Ms. Gore asked how many certified mailings were s ent. Ms. Robertson responded that
5 cards were sent and 4 were returned.
No one spoke for or against the petition.
Mr. Dillberger had a question regarding the local manager ’s requirement discussed in
2025 ’s approval versus the statement the petitioners submitted for the amen dment
stating they would be managing the property.
Ms. Brown suggested the petitioners submit a contract providing their local
