The Center continues to be open three days a week from 1:00-7:00pm. The Center continues to
offer weekly meetings including Refuge Recovery, an All Recovery meeting, and a Mothers/
Women in Recovery meeting. They continue to provide space for an NA meeting on Mondays,
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at noon.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at noon. The Center has also recently granted additional

Vice Chair Osche called the meeting to order at 8:46 a.m. at the Butler County Prison,
and a quorum was established.

Ms. Osche requested approval of the minutes from the April 21, 2026 and the May 12,
2026 meetings.
Mr. Goldinger motioned; seconded by Ms. Geyer.
The motion carried unanimously.
OPERATING REVENUES/EXPENDITURES REPORT
Mr. Holland gave the financial reports for the period ending May 31, 2026. Revenues
were reported at $2,562,908 that represents 41% percent of the operating budget. The
current expenditures totaled $7,322,351, which represents 39% of the operating budget.
Ms. Osche requested approval of the financial report.

Ms. Rettig provided the MH Report. Ms. Rettig reported that the Psychiatric Rehabilitation
programs have moved into the HealthChoices plan as a required service offering. This adds
stipulations to the network about offering choice of service providers. Currently they have two
adult Psych Rehab programs, but the state expanded the service last year to include programs for
the 14–18-year-old age group. Ms. Rettig reported that the state clarified that the access standard
classification is any two providers will suffice no matter the age group.

Ms. Stotler gave the financial reports for the period ending April 30, 2026. Revenues
were reported at $1,992,768 that represents 32% percent of the operating budget. The
current expenditures totaled $5,903,157, which represents 32% of the operating budget.
Mr. Slupe requested approval of the financial report.
