1 BUTLER COUNTY PRISON BOARD Tuesday, May 12, 2026 8:45 a.m. MINUTES PRESENT: Mike Slupe, Chairman Leslie Osche, Vice Chair Kim Geyer, Commissioner Kevin Boozel, Commissioner Rich Goldinger, District Attorney Joseph Kubit, Judge Beau Sneddon, Warden Julie Graham, Solicitor Shawn Pugh, Chief Clerk Ann Brown, Commissioner’s Office Cindy Hilderbrand, Commissioner’s Office Lori Shah, Commissioner’s Office Michele Cyphert, Controller’s Office Leslie Powers, Controller’s Office Missy Stotler, Controller’s Office Joseph Magnani, Facilities & Operations Maria Malloy, Human Resources Steve Ferris, Butler Eagle CALL MEETING TO ORDER Chairman Slupe called the meeting to order at 8:48 a.m. at the Butler County Commissioner’s Office, and a quorum was established. PUBLIC COMMENT None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mr. Slupe requested the approval of the minutes from the April 21, 2026 meeting be tabled until the June 16, 2026 meeting. Ms. Osche motioned; seconded by Mr. Goldinger. The motion carried unanimously. OPERATING REVENUES/EXPENDITURES REPORT Ms. Stotler gave the financial reports for the period ending April 30, 2026. Revenues were reported at $1,992,768 that represents 32% percent of the operating budget. The current expenditures totaled $5,903,157, which represents 32% of the operating budget. Mr. Slupe requested approval of the financial report. Mr. Kubit motioned; seconded by Ms. Geyer. The motion carried unanimously. …
