City Council

The City Council is considering a request from Alliance Investors, LLC to subdivide an approximately 18.49-acre parcel into 113 single-family home lots. The proposed development includes a dedicated park and intends to provide moderately priced housing. If approved, the project will undergo a zoning change to establish specific density and lot size standards.

Planning Commission Page

The regular meeting of the Calexico Planning Commission scheduled for January 10, 2022, has been cancelled. The next meeting is scheduled for January 24, 2022.

City Council

The City Council will discuss and possibly direct staff to prepare a resolution designating Council members who served between March 2020 and June 2021 as eligible workers performing essential work. This designation would make them eligible for payments under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
