Open Forum ATTENDANCE Village Board of Trustees Mayor Mark Kownick, Trustee Dale Collier, Trustee Rick Dudek, Trustee Ellen McAlpine, Trustee Anthony Stefani, Trustee Rick Walrath, Trustee David Prusina Others Present Assistant Village Administrator Radcliffe, Community Development Director Simmons, Public Works Director Noonan, Capital Projects Manager Ward, Police Chief Hayes, Village Attorney Uhler The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kownick at 6:00 p.m. The roll was called and all were present. Mayor Kownick led in the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. Chris Reike, 446 Lloyd Street, stated that First Street was on the list of streets to be repaved in 2025, but according to information presented at a meeting a few months ago, it is not scheduled to be repaved for another three to four years. Mr. Reike inquired about the funds that had been set aside for the project. Mayor Kownick stated the funds for this project have not been used; however, the work has not been performed because the State pulled the contract after bids were evaluated. Director Noonan stated the next bidding for this project will take place in January 2027. Mayor Kownick encouraged Mr. Reike to contact Director Noonan for additional information.
