CITY of CASCADE LOCKS Tourism Committee Meeting Minutes July 6, 2026, 6:30pm, City Council Chambers 1. Call Meeting to Order & Roll Call Tourism Committee Chair, Sara Patrick, calls the meeting to order at 6:32pm. Tourism members in attendance: Sally Drew, Jessica Roberts and Heidi Halliwell. 2. Amendments to the Agenda Support Staff suggests adding a vote for the committee to consider ordering a Tourism Day Hikes Map as 9H under New Business. 3. Discussion/Declaration of Conflict of Interest 4. Public Comment 5. Approval of Minutes At 6:38pm, TM Drew moves to approve June 15, 2026 meeting minutes as presented. TM Roberts seconds the motion. Review card stock samples / finalize order for rack cards Staff presents card stock samples for the Tourism rack card order that was approved at the last meeting. After viewing samples, Staff suggests reordering rack cards with a 16 point card stock since the previous card stock was flimsy. Staff passes around card stock samples, as well as samples of rack cards using each of the two card stocks. The previous order estimate (with lighter card stock) was $925 for 10,000 rack cards, plus an estimated $135 shipping. CM’s Keilman, Pruit, Cramblett, Happy, Price, Seeger, and Mayor Wood were present. Also present were Interim City Administrator Gordon Zimmerman, Finance Clerk Alanna Womack, Marianne Bump, Nan Noteboom (Zoom), representatives from Parametrix, and a representative from Prothman. 2.
