ORDINANCE NO. 2026-03 PUBLIC WORKS GENERAL PROVISIONS, WATER AND SEWER RATES AN ORDINANCE OF CHAIRPERSON AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CEDAR BLUFFS, SAUNDERS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, REVISING, AMENDING AND REPEALING CERTAIN GENERAL ORDINANCES IN TITLE V, CHAPTER 50, CHAPTER 51 AND CHAPTER 52; TO REPEAL ALL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; TO PROVIDE FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE IN PAMPHLET FORM; AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees has the power and authority to fix the rates to be paid by the water consumers for the use of water from the Water Department. All such fees shall be on file for public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk. WHEREAS, Customers of the Village Sewer Department shall be charged a rate, based upon water usage, as set by the Board of Trustees. The rates shall be on file at the office of the Village Clerk, available for public inspection at any reasonable time. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRPERSON AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CEDAR BLUFFS, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1.
