Municipal Beautification Commission

City Council

The Charleston City Council will hear a State of the City address from Mayor Goodwin. The body is also considering a resolution to authorize a contract for the construction of a recreational trail system.

• Resolution No. 755-23: Contract with Tri-State Company, Inc. for a recreational trail system in the Herbert & Gloria Jones Woodlands

City Council adopted Resolution No. 755-23 to fund a trail system in the Herbert & Gloria Jones Woodlands. The project will be paid for using ARPA funds and includes a 3.5-mile stacked-loop trail and a city-maintained parking lot.
