Parks & Greenspaces Committee

The Parks and Green Spaces Committee is meeting to discuss progress on the buffer water abatement plan and plans for the Boxwood area project. Members will also report on issues with their assigned parks or green spaces and set future meeting dates for 2023.

Stormwater Committee

The Chevy Chase Village Stormwater Committee is holding its first meeting to introduce its objectives and timeline, hear from Village staff about stormwater problems, and gather members' personal experiences. The main task is discussing a draft resident survey, with a subgroup assigned to finalize it for the February meeting.

Board of Managers

The Chevy Chase Village Board of Managers meets remotely to approve minutes, act on a tree removal consent agreement, and hear appeals for a driveway expansion and fence variances. The board will also discuss a possible contract for transitioning to a cloud-based records management system, plus receive treasurer, police, and manager reports. Public testimony is permitted during designated periods.
