City Council
The City Council approved the consent agenda, including two community event requests. Two ordinances regarding zoning for nonprofit recreational facilities and the acquisition of property at 701 Lincoln Terrace were read for the first time. Ward Realignment Committee

Planning and Zoning Commission
The Commission recommended rezoning parcels 2088 and 2091 on Roosevelt Avenue to DWDD based on a zoning mistake. It also approved a sign program for Cambridge Wesleyan Church and a new use category for the YMCA. The body directed legal counsel to draft new definitions for group homes and intermediate care institutions.
