City Council

Municipal Development District

Planning & Zoning Commission

The Selma Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings and consider recommending to City Council a zoning change and Specific Use Permit for the 15.33-acre Citadel Urban East development on Lookout Road, including 290 apartments, 3,500 sq ft of restaurant space, and 3,600 sq ft of retail.
