City Council

The City Council approved a memorandum of understanding for a Homeless Liaison Officer and the procurement of Sun Ridge RIMS/CAD software. The council also approved new compensation resolutions for city employees and department heads. A proposal for the Prohousing Designation Program was tabled until January 3, 2023.

City Council

The City Council held a special meeting for an orientation on the roles, responsibilities, and legal requirements of elected officials. No substantive council actions were taken during this session.

City Council

The City Council approved a maintenance agreement with Caltrans for State Route 3. The Council also approved a development agreement with the Siskiyou Economic Development Council for the Carnegie Building at 412 W. Miner Street with specific modifications.

Planning Commission

The Planning Commission recommended the approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 2022-28 and a CEQA Class 15 Categorical Exemption for City Council approval. The commission also discussed undergrounding regulations and policies but took no action on the matter.

Planning Commission

The commission also approved the minutes from the September 21, 2022 meeting. A discussion on the General Plan 2044 Urban Design Workshop was tabled for a future meeting.
