Green Commission
The Commission approved the May 8, 2023, meeting minutes. Members discussed updating the City Sustainability Plan with a goal of a finished draft by April 2024 and City Council approval by June 2024.

City Council
City Council adopted two ordinances to fund right-of-way acquisitions for a road project and authorize the purchase of 2024 supplies. The council also received and filed several administrative communications.

Parks Department
The Board approved the placement of four veteran monuments at the western corner of Memorial Park. Permission was also granted for an old school picnic event at Thompson Snodgrass Park. The board reviewed reports for Silver Park, Butler Rodman, and the cemetery.
