City Council

The Berea City Council approved a motion to replace Exhibit A with a new version and then adopted Ordinance 10‑6a. The ordinance authorizes the mayor to enter into an agreement with Berea Mixed Use Project, LLC for the development and sale of city‑owned real property and related tax‑increment financing. Both motions passed unanimously.
