Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee
The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee approved a motion to apply for TDA 3 Grant 2023 funds for the Sun Terrace Elementary School Crossing Enhancements Project. The project intends to install bulb-outs, upgrade curb ramps, and add high-visibility crosswalks on Floyd Lane. The committee also adopted its 2023 meeting schedule.

Housing & Economic Development
The Committee provided direction to update the Affordable Housing Ordinance, including specific inclusionary requirements for ownership and rental units. Additionally, the Committee recommended the allocation of $500,000 in ARPA funds for city events and a sister city visit.

Commission on Aging
The Commission approved the annotated agenda from October 26, 2022. Members also discussed the coordination of the 2022 Be a Santa to a Senior (BASTAS) program, including gift collection and wrapping schedules.
