of the building. Along with a new sign installation.

East 4th Ave and N 9th St from applicant Child Advocates of Navarro County is proposing to
construct a new 2-story building of about 7,800 square feet with primary entrance on 9th
Street under a canopy. The lower portion of the building would be red modular brick; the
upper half would be covered with large porcelain tiles similar in color to a cream terracotta.
Windows would only be on the side facing 9th Street and the other sides would be solid. The
roof will be a flat membrane floor behind a parapet with down spouts on the west side.
