CALL TO ORDER A meeting of the Board of Alderman of the City of Dellwood was held on Monday, March 9, 2026 at Dellwood City Hall. Mayor Jones presided and called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m.
ROLL CALL City Clerk took roll call for the meeting, Those present answered as follows:

ADOPT AGENDA Mayor Jones requested a motion to adopt the agenda for the March 9, 2026 Board of Alderman’s Meeting Regular Session. First motion was made by Alderwoman Johnson and second motion came forth from Alderwoman Artis.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mayor Jones requested a motion to approve the minutes from the
REGULAR SESSION February 9, 2026 Board of Alderman Regular Session. The first motion was made by Alderwoman Melton and the second motion came from Alderman Carter.
APPROVAL OF Motion was made to approve the warrants from March 2026 in the amount
WARRANTS of $807,208.20. The first motion came forth by Alderwoman Artis and the second motion was made by Alderman Robinson.
