Development Advisory Committee (DAC)

The Development Advisory Committee is reviewing several land use applications including an annexation request at 115 Fox Hall Drive and a minor subdivision at 100 Ridgely Street. The committee is also considering a three-story apartment building at 1080 and 1106 Bay Road and a revised office park master plan on Bay Road. Election Board

The City of Dover Board of Elections will conduct an audit of the 2021 Municipal Election results. The meeting is scheduled for April 21, 2021, at City Hall. Audit results will be made available for public review.

The Board of Adjustment is meeting to review a variance request for a property in the R-7 One-Family Residence Zone. The board will determine if a detached garage can be located closer to the street than the main house.

DDP Economic Development and Restructuring Committee
