The City Council unanimously adopted Ordinance #600, amending Chapter 22 of the City Code to add or amend provisions on vicious dogs, littering, disorderly conduct, assault, trespass, retail fraud, stolen property, obstruction, false reports, summoning services unnecessarily, false information to police, school-grounds offenses, youth tobacco and vaping, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and consumer fireworks. The council also unanimously adopted two zoning ordinance amendments: Ordinance #601 updating site plan review procedures and Ordinance #602 updating special land uses and definitions. Additionally, the council unanimously adopted Resolution #54 of 2022 expressing intent to issue Downtown Development Bonds, and set a November 14 public hearing on an amendment to the cooperative development agreement with Oneida Township.
