Planning & Zoning Board Agendas

Transportation Committee
The committee recommended that Council approve the installation of a 1,300-foot sidewalk on Phifer Road and requested the Mayor ask NCDOT for split-phase signals at Roxford Road and Shelby Road. Council approved changing S. Railroad Avenue to one-way southbound from W Mountain to Oak Street.
