Downtown Development Authority
The Downtown Development Authority Board approved the August 2023 minutes with an amendment about fundraising. The board also unanimously adopted a resolution to begin developing performance metrics and approved holding a special meeting with Muldrow to discuss updating the 2011 Downtown Development Plan. All motions passed without opposition.

Planning Commission

Urban Renewal Agency

Laramie Advisory Commission on Disabilities
The Commission approved an amended Deaf Awareness Week Proclamation to be sent to City Council. Three sub-committees were established to plan for National Disability Employment Awareness Month, March Disability Awareness Month, and Snow Hazard Awareness.
