City Council

The City Council approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the La Verne Firefighters’ Association and updated the municipal code regarding property maintenance and public nuisances. Senior Advisory Committee

The City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1112 to amend the Municipal Code regarding personal conduct and property maintenance. The council also approved several police department funding requests and emergency repairs for the Aquatic Center.

Planning Commission

The Planning Commission voted to recommend that the City Council approve Resolution 1299, which updates the General Plan for the 6th Cycle 2021-2029 Housing Element. The commission also found the project to be exempt from CEQA.
