Community Services Board

No official business was conducted and no votes were taken because the board lacked a quorum. Attendees discussed park updates and resident concerns, but no formal decisions were made.

City Commission

The City Commission approved the purchase of 1311 Illinois Avenue for future expansion and authorized funding for four new pickleball courts. The board also approved several development order extensions and professional engineering contracts for drainage and lift station generators.

Charter Review Committee

The committee discussed how to group and phrase questions for a referendum ballot. Members debated specific language regarding term limits, the canvassing board, and the role of the city manager.

Board of Adjustment

The Lynn Haven Board of Adjustment will hold a regular meeting to consider two variance requests. Planning Commission

Infrastructure Surtax Oversight Committee

The Infrastructure Surtax Oversight Committee approved the final invoices for the Phase 2 Legislative Paving Project.
