ROLL CALL Present: Jim Franklin, Jeff Williams, Mike Kee and Barbara Choate Guest: John Blom Staff: Kashlee Mendiola APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Williams and seconded by Choate to approve the minutes as written. After a unanimous voice vote the motion CARRIED. APPROVAL OF PAYABLES Initial confusion arose regarding a HECO bill for $29,665, which was believed to be a duplicate or an additional charge. It was clarified that the bill had already been paid (check cleared May 26th for the same amount). However, the HECO representative confirmed that future bills for construction inspection would be forthcoming. AGENDA ITEMS 1.
