Penitas Planning & Zoning to hear subdivision, easement items

The Penitas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on January 8, 2024, at the Penitas Public Library. The agenda includes a public hearing on the preliminary plat for Tierra Blanca No. 1 Subdivision and a request by JURO Construction LLC to remove and possibly abandon a utility easement. The commission will also consider approval of the minutes from the October 26, 2023 meeting. The meeting may go into executive session, but no final action will be taken there.
