Council to vote on three 380 development agreements and flood mitigation bid

The Penitas City Council will consider and possibly approve three Chapter 380 development agreements with S-SI Penitas Village No. 3, LLC (Diamond Infrastructure Expansion Project), Penitas Crossing, LLC, and Mil Encinos Development, LTD. They will also discuss awarding a bid for the Tom Gill Road Flood Mitigation Improvements Project and hold a first reading of an ordinance ordering a May 3, 2025 general election for Council Places 1 and 3. Two resolutions to create a Fire Department bank account and update signatories for Lone Star National Bank accounts are also on the agenda.
