Planning Commission
The Commission recommended the annexation of nine parcels totaling approximately 22 acres north of Barnes Boulevard and east of Murrell Road. It also recommended a Mixed Use Planning District 7 land use designation and a high-density multi-family dwelling zoning classification for the area. Additionally, a special exception for a child care center was recommended for approval.
