Board to consider financing proposal for land acquisition and discuss economic development projects in closed session

The SEDC Board will elect officers, approve minutes and a financial report, consider a Memorandum of Understanding with Texas State Technical College, and hear a financing proposal from Government Capital Corporation for a land acquisition project.
