Call to Order -1- Mayor Marincin called the regular meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Determination of Quorum Council Present: Mayor Victoria Marincin Position 1 — Jess Bowers Position 2 — Chuck Camps — arrived late, during public comments. Position 3 — Jodie Curtis Position 4 —Jeramy Allman Council Absent: Position 5 — Alishia Hornburg City Staff Present: Maureen Crabtree — City Clerk Councilman Allman motioned to excuse Councilwoman Hornburg, seconded by Council Curtis. Motion carries unanimously. Flag Salute Mayor Marincin led the flag salute. Approval of Agenda: Councilman Allman motioned to approve the agenda, seconded by Councilman Bowers. Motion carries unanimously. Department Reports: City Clerk: Maureen Crabtree - Councilmembers have been issued laptops for use in reviewing council materials and preparing for meetings. - Printed council packets will no longer be distributed. Council packets will be posted to the city’s website, and Councilmembers will receive email notifications through their city email accounts when packets are available. - Councilmembers who elect to take council computers with them, must complete a laptop checkout form.
